Ben Diamond Elected Fellow to the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel

Congratulations to our firm’s Managing Partner Ben Diamond, who has been elected a Fellow to the prestigious American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).

The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel is a professional organization comprised of the nation’s leading trust and estate lawyers who have demonstrated exceptional skill in their legal work and contributions to the profession. Election as a Fellow is a testament to an individual’s outstanding reputation, extensive experience, and substantial contributions to the field of trust and estate law.

To become a Fellow of the College, nominees undergo a rigorous nomination and election process. Nominees must have been predominantly active in the practice of Trust and Estate law for at least 10 years, or served primarily as fiduciary counsel for a decade, or a combination thereof. Additionally, nominees must have made significant contributions to the field through lecturing, writing, teaching, involvement in bar activities, enactment of significant legislation, or outreach and education to historically underrepresented communities on estate planning matters.

The Board of Regents for the College elected twenty-four attorneys as new Fellows from around the Country, and two International Fellows.

“I’m excited to participate in this work and to have the opportunity to collaborate with and learn from some of the top trust and estates lawyers in the country,” Diamond said.

Ben joins an esteemed group of professionals who are recognized for their expertise and leadership in the trust and estate field. This honor underscores Ben’s well-deserved reputation as a trusted advisor and counselor for his clients.

Please join us in congratulating Ben on this accomplishment!
