We are very pleased to announce that attorney Marguerite Mills has joined the Diamond Law Firm as an associate. Marguerite will assist clients with estate planning, estate and trust administration and probate and trust litigation.
Prior to joining the Diamond Law Firm, Marguerite practiced law in Washington, D.C., where she advised clients on elections, ethics, and regulatory issues. Her diverse legal background includes representing clients before federal agencies, in congressional investigations, and in contract negotiations.
Marguerite is a native Floridian, and is happy to be back in the Sunshine State. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Magna Cum Laude) and a Bachelor of Science (Cum Laude) from The University of Florida, and earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law. While in law school, Marguerite clerked for the United States Environmental Protection Agency in Washington, D.C., and for Justice Barbara Pariente on the Florida Supreme Court in Tallahassee.
Marguerite is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar and the St. Petersburg Bar Association.
