Pursuant to Article XI, Section 2 of Florida’s Constitution, once every twenty years a special commission – the Constitution Revision Commission – is created to recommend changes to our state’s Constitution. The Commission is composed of 37 Commissioners and proposes changes to the constitution that are placed directly on the ballot for voter consideration. This year, after holding more than 15 public hearings across the State, the Commission proposed eight revisions to our state constitution. These amendments will appear on Florida’s 2018 General Election ballot. You can read the Commission’s final report and proposals at www.flcrc.gov.
Attorney Sandra Diamond co-chaired a special Committee for The Florida Bar to represent the Bar in the Constitutional Revision process. The Committee provided assistance to the Commission and designed a public relations campaign to help educate voters about the Commission’s work.
At the Florida Bar Annual Convention, The Florida Bar’s team that worked with and
represented the Bar before the Commission received The Florida Bar President’s Award of Merit. Congratulations to attorney Sandra Diamond and the other recipients for their work: Michael Tanner, Patrick “Booter” Imhof, Francine Walker, Ron Sachs and Steve Metz.
Generally I do not learn post on blogs, but I wish to say that this write-up very forced me to try and do it!
Your writing taste has been surprised me.
Thanks, very nice article.
Are you writing the articles in your website yourself or
you outsource them? I am a blogger and having difficulty with content.
Other bloggers told me I should use an AI content writer, they are actually pretty good.
Here is a sample article some bloggers shared with me.
Please let me know what your opinion on it and should I go ahead and
use AI – https://sites.google.com/view/best-ai-content-writing-tools/home
Thanks for your blog, nice to read. Do not stop.
